What’s included in the cleaning?

We build your cleaning plan around the spaces and priorities agreed in your quote. This can cover kitchens and dining areas, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces, floors and surfaces. The exact tasks and any special requests are confirmed with Vivi before your appointment.

Basement cleaning, patio cleaning and inside-oven cleaning are available as add-ons. Mention them when requesting your quote so Vivi can confirm the scope and additional price.

Can I add extra cleaning services?

Yes! Customize your cleaning with basement cleaning, patio cleaning or inside-oven cleaning. Add-ons are priced separately based on your space and needs. Include your requests in the quote form, and Vivi will confirm the details and additional cost before your appointment.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Atlanta, Stone Mountain and Gwinnett County. Share your city and ZIP code so we can confirm availability for your location.

Do you clean homes and businesses?

Yes. Vivis offers residential and commercial cleaning. Tell us about your space and the type of cleaning you need.

How do I get a free quote?

Complete our Get a Free Quote form with your contact details, location and cleaning needs. Vivi will review your request and follow up to discuss your service.

What information helps you prepare an estimate?

Your approximate square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, cleaning frequency and any priorities help us understand your space. Photos are also helpful.

Can I send photos of my space?

Yes. Add a photo-sharing link in the quote form, or email your photos to hello@viviscleaningservices.com with your name.

Do I need to know my exact square footage?

No. An approximate size is helpful, but the square footage field is optional. Share what you know and we can discuss the details.

Can I request recurring cleaning?

You can request weekly, every two weeks or monthly cleaning in the form. We will confirm scheduling and availability with you.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with our business Zelle QR code or through Wave. Confirm your service and final price with Vivi before sending payment.

Is the Wave checkout price the same for every cleaning?

No. The shared Wave checkout is $200 for monthly deep cleaning and should only be used when Vivi confirms that service and price for you. Other services or amounts can be paid through an individual Wave invoice.
